Love Stalker (Short)
As a participant in the 2009 48 Hour Film Project, my partner (Bowls MacLean) and I pulled the genre "Musical." Running with an idea based on one of his own experiences, we created the "Love Stalker," a comedic musical short that blurs the line between reality and fantasy. We were selected finalists in the "Best of" for St. Louis and nabbed a Best Actor award for the lead actor, Peter Kruchowski.

Diary of the Cannes Film Festival (Trailer)
I was hired to cut the trailer for the re-issue of this film shot at the 1980 Cannes Film Festival with acerbic film critic Rex Reed. It features all kinds of fun interviews with the likes of Peter Sellers, Paul & Linda McCartney, Roy Scheider, Liza Minelli, Kirk Douglas and many others. Definitely one of the more fun projects I've had the pleasure of working on.

The Family Tie
A comic gory featurette that was an all-consuming passion for me as a writer/director/editor, you can watch the whole thing at www.familytiemovie.com. For that matter, it's going to explain what the project is much better than I will here, but here's what it would look like if I tried. And this is the link for the official trailer on YouTube.

Blues By The Beach (Trailer)
I came into this project after it had been completed, so it was particularly challenging to capture the story of the film without revealing too much of the surprising story itself. In any event, it's definitely worth your time to watch the entire film online, but if you have a short attention span, you can watch the trailer I cut for it here.

Evotum Trailer for VCX Video
At the company I used to work for, we were putting several older "classic" adult films from the '70s online, so they asked me to cut together some highlights from these films such as Debbie Does Dallas and The Devil & Ms. Jones into a fun trailer. The biggest challenge of the piece was finding clips that weren't hardcore but simply "straddled the line" so to speak. The other challenge was just scrubbing through 70's porn in an open office environment. I couldn't help having a knee-jerk response of guilt from looking at porn while at work.

The New York Stalker Music Videos
Working with my friend and talented singer/songwriter Ben Warren, we hatched a trilogy of various stalker-themed videos with a gritty, grindhouse sensibility. While some of the project was rushed due to our limited funding, there were a number of scenes and moments that we were happy with. Here is a link to all three videos on my YouTube account...

God The Band Music Videos
While the bulk of my work with GTB was as a founding father and singer/songriter, at the tale end of the band's life, I worked on two of our music videos, The Lifter and General Queer, the latter of which I directed and edited.

Mug's "other" movies
Here is a link to a playlist on YouTube featuring the majority of my various shorts that I've made over the years. As it's my tendency to get a bit twisted and strange in my work, these shorts are no exception. You have been warned...
